ProteomTech is utilizing its Pt-Fold technology
for internal programs to develop protein drug
candidates. Currently, PTI is focusing on internal
development of a diverse portfolio of therapeutic
proteins. They are in two categories: (1) improved
products of existing protein drugs, and (2)
novel proteins with better indications of clinical
utilities. These proteins, which are otherwise
difficult to recover from E. coli inclusion
bodies with other technologies, have been successfully
refolded with PTI’s unique refolding process.
Our unique Pt-Fold platform enables ProteomTech to manufacture protein drugs more efficiently and faster than by any other means.
Pt-Fold processes are fully scalable, validatable and approvable for human use.
