Jun (John) Bao is ProteomTech's President and CEO. Mr. Bao has worked in the China Drug Administrative System and China FDA (SDA) for 15 years. During that time he progressed from Deputy Administrator to Administrator, and for 7 years was the Director of the New Drug Investigation and Approval Office of the SDA in Guizhou Province. Mr. Bao was a supervisor for Chinese National Drug Bureau, and an examiner for Chinese National GMP Bureau. He was one of the leaders in the drafting of the China Pharmaceutical Management Regulation. Mr. Bao was one of the founders of the China Chinese Medicine Technical Exchange Center, Southern Center and was in charge of the development, evaluation, and acceptance of new drugs. He holds a BS degree in Pharmacy, and training for MBA.

Xinli Lin

Xinli (Henry) Lin is ProteomTech’s Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President. Prior to founding ProteomTech, Dr. Lin was a research scientist (starting as a post-doctoral fellow, then assistant member, associate member, and adjunct member/adjunct professor at University of Oklahoma) for 15 years at Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF). While at OMRF Dr. Lin published over 50 scientific papers and was inventor of 5 issued patents. Dr. Lin’s work was published in Science journal, for the refolding of Streptokinase in 1998, and for refolding BACE (β-secretase) in 2000. In 2002 a special plaque was placed at OMRF, honoring Dr. Lin’s contribution in Alzheimer’s research. Dr. Lin was the sole inventor of the protein refolding patent which led to the founding of ProteomTech. Dr. Lin received a BS in Chemistry from Peking University (Beida), China, and was selected to the USA for Ph.D. studies. In 1984, Dr. Lin received an Outstanding Graduate Student Award (Cunningham Fellowship), and earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech in 1987.
